A customised development has been built in plot 34 of Racó de Galeno, integrated into the landscape and taking advantage of the sea views, a villa designed on 3 levels and called Villa Sena.

It is accessed from the upper part of the plot, where the car park is located, linked to the pedestrian entrance, this level contains 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, access to the terrace and views of the sea. The intermediate level has a main suite with a fully equipped bathroom, a walk.in closet and, of course,access to the terrace, a guest toilet, the kitchen, with a laundry room and pantry as well as the living-dining room. The living-room and the kitchen have access to the garden and swimming pool.

The lower level has a large and open multi-purpose space and an exterior area with a barbeque and chill-out area. One of the aims of the design of this villa was to ensure that all the rooms offer views of the splendid seascape, this has been achieved with large picture windows.

One of the challenges was to design the exterior, creating different areas to enjoy the marvellous sunny days and the Mediterranean climate, a large terrace with a porch where the outside dining area is located and an area with sofas, an infinity pool with Jacuzzi and deck chairs on the intermediate level and another terrace on the lower level with a barbeque and chill-out area, all offering views of the blue Mediterranean sea and the impressive
Peñón de Ifach.
