With the arrival of the first Scandinavians in L’Alfàs del Pi in the 70s, it was when our family business began its journey in a small local, advising and developing properties mainly for Scandinavians in the municipality of L’Alfàs del Pi, in particular, in the zone of Colonia Escandinavia.

In 2002 we opened our office in L’Albir to meet the growing demand of our clients regarding property management, legal matters and consulting in general.

Boreal Costa Blanca advises its clients on all matters related to real estate. We offer complete services related to the purchase and sale of real estate, as well as the preparation and development of construction works and reforms, managing all the documentation related to your construction project.

Together with our lawyer specializing in civil law , we deal with the preparation of contracts and any necessary judicial intervention in matters of property and real estate investments, as well as Donations and Inheritance.

We translate and collaborate with official translators’ offices to provide our clients with this service in the event that the Spanish Administration requires sworn translations.
